ACUTE CARE BY EMAIL (USA) Acute Care By Email  is also for short term, non-life threatening illnesses like: fevers, chills, colds, flu, coughs, vomiting, diarrhea, earaches, teething, back pain, sports injuries, etc. Includes the initial acute analysis, repertorization,  acute remedy prescription and any required remedy changes during the acute.  You are billed a flat rate in Paypal and payment is made before acute care is provided. Use this Acute Form for 7 consecutive days of acute homeopathic care.

$50.00 flat rate per acute if the Acute Form is used.  $75.00 flat rate is charged for all weekend  Acute Care requests. Fee does not include the homeopathic remedy.

Chronic Care

Chronic Consultation  $300** Includes a 1 - 3 hours interview in person or via Skype.  Fee also includes a 3 - 5+ hours case analysis for reviewing your completed questionnaire and all case notes.  This process includes carefully repertorizing your full case, researching remedies and prescribing the initial remedy. Fee also includes case management for the first two follow-ups on Day 3 and Day 10. Fee does not include any remedy(ies). Follow-up consultation $125/month Required with all chronic clients Includes a one (1) hour consultation by phone and/or Skype per month, per client. Email correspondence for chronic care during the month are unlimited. Fee includes prescribing and care for any acute illnesses and injuries that occur. Fee does not include any remedy(ies). Case Retake $150 If a previous client does not consult for more than three months    Free Consultation A free 15-minute phone consultation for first time inquiries on chronic care
