Endive Salad
from Ann Gaydos, Colorado

Ingredients:
6 Belgian endives
1/2 cup crème fraiche
1 tsp. curry powder
salt.

Slice endives crosswise to a width of about 1", removing non-leafy part at bottom.

Stir in crème fraiche and curry.

Add salt to taste. Serve chilled.
