Coconut Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies
 from Anitalynn Tighe, Cupertino, CA

 Fabulous cookies!
 
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup butter (3/4 lbs)
1 tablespoons grated orange peel
2 teaspoons. vanilla
3 14/ flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cup sweetened flaked dried coconut
 
Cream first 2 ingredients in mixer.
Add flour and dry ingredients and mix together. 
Then add cranberries and coconut and blend well. 
 
Note: For more decadence, stir in a 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips!
 
Roll into balls on a cookie sheet.
 
Bake 8-11 minutes at 350 degrees
