Homeopathy for Women

Broccoli Salad
from Jean Kindem, Bloomington, MN

10c. broccoli florets or 5c. broccoli & 5c. cauliflower

2c. shredded cheddar cheese

2/3c. chopped red onions

6 strips of cooked, crumbled bacon

1/4c. sunflower seeds

1/2c. raisins

Mix the above ingredients together.

Dressing:

1 c mayonnaise or miracle whip

1/2 c sugar

2 tbs. cider or red wine vinegar

Mix above ingredients together an mix with salad

Personal notes:

* This salad is real easy to make if you buy the broccoli florets already cut.

* Light Mayo and miracle whip work ( I used miracle whip light).

* Bacon bits don't work.

* This salad does NOT keep well over night!
