Homeopathy for Women

Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 cups all-purpose biscuit baking mix (I use Bisquick)

1/3 cup sugar

2 tbsps vegetable oil

1 egg, slightly beaten

1 cup chocolate chips (or any other chips you desire)

2/3 cup milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Paperline 12 muffin cups in muffin pan.

Combine baking mix, sugar, oil, egg, chips and milk in bowl just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until muffin tops are browned. Cool slightly; remove from pan.
