1 lb. spaghetti

5 T. soy sauce

2 tsp. crushed dry red pepper

1 tsp. salt

1/4 c. corn oil

3/4 c. chopped peanuts, or whole

1/2 c. sesame oil

1/2 c. chopped green onions

6 T. honey

2 T. sesame seeds

Prepare either 4 hours before serving or overnight. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain well. Set aside. In a small saucepan, on medium heat, add the corn oil, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add honey, soy sauce and salt. Stir to combine. Then mix into the spaghetti. Cover and refrigerate. Before serving, add peanuts, green onions and sesame seeds. Makes 8-10 servings.
